Due to the importance of comparative law studies, the Center for Comparative Law Studies at Mofid University since 2010 started to pursuit its goals of studying, analyzing and applying legal issues and achievements in the original legal systems and expanding and promoting legal knowledge, changed Nameh Mofid law approach to Comparative Law:• Production of knowledge and development of literature in the field of comparative law;• Development of interdisciplinary studies and familiarity with contemporary legal systems;• Explain the Islamic legal system and its comparative study with other contemporary legal systems;• Recognition of Islamic and Iranian rights;
