Journal of Studies in Islamic Law & Jurisprudence is an open access peer review and Semi-Annual journal. It is an official journal of Faculty of Human Sciences at Semnan University(Iran). It was founded in 2010 and publish Semi-Annually. The main scope of journal is Islamic Law & Jurisprudence. Each issue carries useful articles, including peer-reviewed and original research articles. This Journal accepts Original Papers, Short Communications and Letters to the Editor in the fields of Islamic Law & Jurisprudence. This Journal is approved as “Academic Research Journal” by the Journal Commission of Ministry of Science, Research and Technology, Iran. Statements in articles are the responsibility of the authors.
